Located in downtown Windham, this modern guesthouse offers luxurious and spacious accommodations . A shared guest pantry and lounge area provide comfortable seating, views of the ski slopes, and additional space for playing games or just hanging out . With a full-size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and sink, guests are welcome to prepare meals or bring in food from local restaurants. Coffee service and snacks provided.
The Batavia Suite: This sumptuous suite features a king bed, large gas fireplace, spa tub for two, sitting area, TV/DVD, and lovely views of our local mountain stream.

The Beaver Suite: This lovely room offers a queen bed, large gas fireplace, private bath with spa tub, and a sitting area with loveseat. An adjoining room with two twin beds also available for an additional fee.

The Esopus Room: This charming room features two double beds, a spa tub, and TV/DVD.

The Farmhouse

This early 1900 farmhouse with a wraparound porch is great for families or groups. You can rent the entire house or one of the three apartments.
